Founder of CheerLEADS & CEO DreamSpark Ventures LLC 

Quiana Sandres is a cheer coach, basketball coach, entrepreneur, and youth mentor based in California City, CA. With a background in culinary arts, community organizing, and youth development, she created CheerL.E.A.D.S. to provide students with a safe, fun, and empowering space to grow, lead, and shine.

Quiana coaches cheer and basketball within the Mojave Unified School District and leads youth programs that promote leadership, teamwork, and confidence. She organizes CheerLEADS camps, clinics, and community performances, including holiday cheer camps, parade teams, and year-round enrichment programs for local students.

As the owner of LuvSumSweets, a home bakery and food-truck brand, Quiana also mentors youth in entrepreneurship, customer service, and hands-on business skills. She is deeply involved in community events such as Cal City Summer Nights, school district initiatives, and local outreach programs that keep kids active, safe, and engaged.

Quiana is background checked, CPR/First Aid certified, NFHS Cheer & Dance Safety certified, and an NFHS Level 2 Certified Coach, with ongoing training in youth development and community leadership. Her passion is helping young people build confidence, character, discipline, and leadership — both on the field and in life.
